How to Reset Your Life This Spring
(A Simple 7-Step Framework)
We spring clean our homes every year… but what about our lives?
We are three months into the year.
Maybe your goals are going exactly how you imagined.
Maybe life got busy.
Maybe you quietly drifted away from the routines you started in January.

Either way, even if it’s past March… it’s still the perfect moment to pause and reset.
Spring is about clearing, refreshing, and preparing for growth, not just in our homes, but in our habits, mindset, and daily routines..
Here’s a simple 7-part Spring Reset framework I use to reset my life each season:
🌿 Reset Your Mind
• Audit your life honestly
• Forgive yourself for past mistakes
• Practice silence and reflection
• Romanticize small moments again
Journaling is a good way to audit your day or week. It allows you to slow down and process conversations and situations. I normally ride in silence, not every time, but often. I try to slow down and prepare for what’s next in my day.
You can even start a gratitude jar.
If you need somewhere to start, I linked a couple simple journals I like:
🌿 Reset Your Space
• Reorganize your room or home
• Clean your camera roll and digital clutter
• Do a quick phone detox
I’ve learned that starting small works just fine. You don’t eat an elephant all at once, it’s one bite at a time.
Pick one room and start there. I’m starting with my master bathroom this summer. Last December, we did my husband’s closet.
I also take one day a month to delete random pictures, you know, the ones your phone accidentally takes inside your purse or your son takes of your shoes, LOL .
I go alphabetically and remove contacts I no longer speak with or who are no longer in this season of my life.
🌿 Reset Your Habits
• Fix your sleep schedule
• Replace scrolling with reading
• Build or refresh your morning routine
• Start tracking your habits again
I set my phone to sleep mode with a nightly reminder. Starting a book does wonders , even getting a Kindle can help you stay consistent.
Ask yourself: What does your morning routine look like right now?
Do you have a skincare rhythm that makes you feel put together?
I mentioned a Kindle — I linked the green one I like here.
And the book I’m currently reading (Judge Stone) is also linked if you want to pick it up.
🌿 Reset Your Body
• Drink more water
• Walk more
• Work out consistently
• Improve your skincare routine
Get a water jug or a cute cup from your favorite store (mine is T.J. Maxx). I always tell myself I’ll drink more water if it’s in my favorite cup, and it works.
And that walking pad? Set it up. Actually use it.
A few things that help me stay consistent:
A water bottle I actually like using
And a walking pad (if you’ve been thinking about it… this is your sign)
🌿 Reset Your Energy
• Unfollow negativity online
• Set better boundaries
• Let go of people who drain you
Release what feels heavy.
Set healthy boundaries.
Protect your peace.
You matter.
🌿 Reset Your Direction
• Start a journal
• Learn a new skill
• Take yourself on a solo date
• Revisit your vision board
One of my friends started crocheting this year, and even got into Lego flowers. There’s always something new to try.
And solo dates? They’re not just for single women.
Keep your goals somewhere you can actually see them.
I also linked a simple lined journal I love if you want to start there.
🌿 Reset Your Environment
• Refresh your home with small touches
• Change what you watch and listen to daily
• Create a calming routine
• Make your space feel like a place you enjoy being
I like to buy candles that match the season. I also switch out blankets; orange for fall, pink/red for Valentine’s, deep red for Christmas.
And tea? That’s my quiet time.
When I’m home, I slow my mornings down with a warm cup and just ease into the day.
I love picking up my candles from my favorite stores, Home Goods, TJ Maxx, Burlington, Marshalls, but if you need a few suggestions:
If you’re building your own soft reset space, I linked a couple candles I’d start with:
You don’t need a new year to begin again.
Sometimes you just need a new season. 🌸
A new season is a beautiful invitation to begin again.
You don’t have to do everything at once.
Start with one area.
Reset gently.
Build from there.
